Spicy Pineapple Margarita

  • 2oz Tequiila Ocasion Blanco

    1oz pineapple juice

    ¾ oz fresh lime juice

    ½ oz orange liquer (Cointreau or Triple Secc)

    ½ oz agave syrup

    2-3 slices jalapeno (muddled)

    Ice

    Tajin for rimming

    Pineapple wedge + Jalapeno slice for garnish

    1. Rim your glass with lime juice and dip into Tajin. Fill with ice

    2. In a shaker, muddle jalapeno slices. Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, orange liqueur and agave syrup

    3. Add ice to the shake and shake well until chilled.

    4. Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice.

    5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and jalapeno slice. Enjoy!!
