Ranch Water

Ingredients

2 ounces Tequila Ocasion Blanco

1 ounces fresh lime juice

4 oz sparkling mineral water

Lime wedge or wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your glass. If you prefer a salted rim, rub a lime wedge around the edge of a highball or rocks glass and dip it in salt or Tajín seasoning.

  2. Add ice. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  3. Pour the spirits and juice. Add the tequila and freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass.

  4. Top with sparkling water. Fill the rest of the glass with chilled Topo Chico or other sparkling mineral water.

  5. Stir gently and garnish. Give the mixture a light stir to combine the ingredients. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
